Goryokaku Park

Goryoukaku Park is a historical landmark that represents Japan. It is also famous for its cherry blossoms. This location offers the perfect setting to capture gorgeous and beautiful scenes in both Japanese and Western attire. The best time to shoot is from late April to early May, when the cherry blossoms are in bloom. Cherry trees spread all over the area.

Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward

The Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward, built in 1910. It is recommended for those who wish to shoot in a calm atmosphere that blends Japanese and Western styles. This location is popular with school and group trips, so please contact us in advance if you wish to shoot here. We will check with the facility.

Kanemori red brick warehouse

This area is lined with stylish brick warehouses along the harbor. It's nice and romantic to shoot during the day, in the evening, or at night. The illuminations are turned on for night view photography.

Hachiman Zaka Slope

This is the most famous slope in Hakodate, known as the "town of slopes." It is notable for its view of the large ship called Mashu Maru, along with the harbor and the expansive townscape. The location is beautiful with illumination at night and is recommended year-round. Romantic night shots are also highly recommended.

Kosetsuen

This is a full-fledged garden built around 1898 as a villa for a wealthy merchant. The beautiful Japanese scenery will make you feel like you have slipped back in time. It is a recommended place year-round, as the colors change with the seasons, from lush green to vibrant autumn leaves and stunning snowscapes. Recommended place all year round. We also recommended shoot with Hachimanzaka and Hakodate ward old public hall.

This is a charming park located right next to the Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward. There are also historical buildings such as brick structures and the former Hokkaido Government Office. We also recommend shooting at Hachimanzaka and the Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward.
